Today is a great day for me & Shanker. We have incorporated the company - Yantra Solutions INC. We have decided to make Abirami as the President of the company and Yantra would be owned by Abirami & Gnana Kamatchi.
We are very gratefull for Mike and Venkat. They helped us in Incorporating the company.
We got the Company Kit, Documents & Seal.
